When you purchase a Store Item:

If you buy an item from the store, we will notify you promptly.
We ALWAYS contact our customers. If you do not receive an email from us within 48 hours of a purchase, it is possible that your e-mail system is not delivering our messages to you, this happens with aol accounts especially.

I prefer credit card payment through GoogleCheckout and will ship immediately upon payment confirmation. Alternatively PayPal Confirmed emails Please. If you are needing to make payment with money order, check, or e-check, please contact me first to notify us of your wishes.

Upon notification you will be provided the instructions on our alternative payment methods.

Lay Away:

A 25% deposit is required for the item(s) to be held for 60 days.
After paying the initial deposit, you have 60 days to pay-off the item(s) by either weekly or bi-weekly or monthly payments of your choice.
You choose payments that are most affordable for you. For every payment received, we will promptly notify and confirm receipt of payment and the remaining balance via email.
Once the balance has been fully paid within 60 days of initial deposit, we will promptly ship your item.
You may pay-off your layaway at any time.

Save 50 % on regular listed shipping rate for additional items purchased!
Shipping is done within 48 hours of receipt of payment via the least expensive carrier. Usually USPS or UPS Ground.
UPS 2nd Day and Next Day Air shipping is available upon request.
Listed shipping rates are for the places stated only.

Exchanges and Returns:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem, please email us!
Creole Trader has a 10 day full refund/exchange policy less shipping.
Both of the following two conditions must be met:

The item must be in the same condition as when shipped an accompanied with a letter stating the reason for the return/exchange. If the item is damaged during shipment, the buyer must contact the carrier to file a damage claim.
Buyer must pay return shipping.

Refunds/Exchanges will be processed within 30 days of receipt of returned product.
Exchanges are gladly made for defective items.
Returns of non-defective merchandise are subject to a restocking fee.
