What forms of payment do you accept?
Pay Pal, Cashier Checks and Money Orders. Cash is not recommended, since if it gets lost in the mail, there would be no way to prove it was ever sent or received.

What carrier do you use? Can you explain how you arrive at your S&H costs?
99% of my shipments go out courtesy of the U S Postal Service. But I will gladly ship other ways if you prefer but you must pay the extra charges..
My S&H charges are based on weight and ZIP code.
For books and media, I usually ship Media Mail if you want it faster you will have to pay the difference.
A small handling fee of $1.50 - $2.00 may be added to offset my expenses.
How will I know when you've shipped?
When I receive your payment in the mail or on line, I will send you a confirming email to let you know. Then I ship within 24 to 48 hours (provided the PO is open).
If you get concerned, about the arrival of your purchase, please email me for an update or assistance.
What if my purchase gets lost or damaged in the mail?
Hopefully you opted for the insurance, especially if the item was expensive.
If you need the receipts to file a damage claim, I can send them to you. In the event you did not opt for insurance, we will need to work it out between us.
I hold all receipts just about forever. If you want the numbers from or a scan of the receipt, just let me know.
What if my purchase arrives DOA?
If my auction claimed that it works and you find that it does not, please contact me by email at email@example.com or by phone 337-214-4047so that we can work out our problem together to your satisfaction.
What if I can't pay up right away?
If you are having financial difficulties, please just let me know. I'm willing to work with you where I can. eBay's system only gives us about 30 days to work it out, so our time frame is limited
Why do you hold checks? How long do you hold them?
I hold checks to avoid having any out of pocket expenses if the check bounces.
For small amounts, I generally do not hold checks. It is for checks that are a large dollar amount or counter checks.
I notify buyer of the hold and provide information to them when the check has cleared and that I am now shipping the merchandise.
What if I see an error in your listing?
If you see an error in my listing, please let me know. I'm not perfect and I do make mistakes, both in fact and in typing. I will immediately try to change or amend my auction if it needs it.
I need my stuff in a hurry, how can we speed this up?
First email me quickly when you make your purchase with your address and most especially the ZIP code. I'll get back to you with the S&H costs for a speedier method of transport.
Then you should consider using an on line payment service. I'll ship the next day after receiving payment.
If you want to pay extra an have it shipped Priority, Second Day or Express I will gladly ship accordingly.
What if I change my mind after I purchase?
You will have to pay the shipping to send the package back to me. I will only credit your account if I recieve the item back in the same condition as originally mailed. Original Shipping will not be refunded.
What if I need to get in touch with you but you don't answer my emails?
On rare occasions, I go out of town, have family emergencies, or even (gasp) take a vacation. If you don't hear back from me within 24 hours, this may be one of those times. It is also possible that your email went to cyber-heaven and never reached me It is possible that my ISP was experiencing technical difficulties or I was having other computer problems. Please feel free to send another one or call me at 337-393-0871.
Do you sell internationally?
Most definitely, YES! I listed the most common places that I ship to, sometimes it can be challenging to get items to another country, I do like our international buyers and welcome them whole-heartedly. Please don't hesitate to email me your location and I will check out the rates and get a proposal of shipping costs to you the same day.
Can I specify the type of international shipment?
Yes, you know how it is best to recieve packages from out of country and I will gladly work with you and meet your expectations. Additional fees for special shipping instructions will be passed on to the buyer.
